I just loved this post so much, I had to share.
This Lent Season, my priest, who has become a good friend, said that I should give up my fear, and the negative thoughts that go along with it (I’ve been going through one of the darkest periods of my life for some time–where everything past has to be faced once again, and the future is uncertain, but HOPEFUL :).
I told him that this may be one Lent that I will actually enjoy!
And so, here is this lovely article that reminds us to be hopeful, have courage, and dance in the rain!
Life is sometimes bland, crappy and occasionally interesting. Be hopeful. Don’t just “be hopeful”; be JOYFUL in hope!
That’s basically all I have to say in this post. Cool isn’t it? (Or not.) it’s the truth. 🙂
I’ve been struggling with cynicism. I, the optimist, have faced my biggest challenge yet: REALITY. You see, I’m a dreamer. It’s my design to dream – a lot.
